Some of the stylist are phenomenal while the others need to go back to school. Michelle is awesome.
Could stand to be a little faster at cutting hair
They butchered a simple hair cut, and my girlfriend had to point it out to the lady for her to fix it and she still did an awful job. Do not recommend.

I love my experiences at fantastic sams.. Abby saved my hair when someone else had it looking like it went through a paper shredder. And I've been going back since. I always get what I ask for and have never left disappointed, which is not easy for this picky person with crazy hair.. my sister visited from CA and joined me to get our hair done leaving happy as can be. The personal experience I've had there has really been great and I have the most difficult curly hair.
